Version .6.22 prompts for "ACCUREV_CLIENT_PATH" with job rebuilder plugin

      When I click "rebuild" for a job that has no parameters, I am prompted with the attached screen to specify the path to the accurev executable.

      This value should not change for our users and the prompt should not occur.
