jenkins remoting (slave node cmd processing) via http/websocket

      The Jnlp intial connection run over http from slave to master.
      At the moment someone needs to enable additional tcp port in firewall to let slave connect master for cmd processing.
      As this is difficult in enteprise environment and security it would be useful if slave also do cmd processing via http(s) or websockets. This ports and protocols are meant to be accepted by firewall and server admins.
