Exec commands always will run in the default login directory and not from the directory specified in the server settings (plus the additional subdir in the build step).

This will happen whether a transfer occurs before exec or using an empty/exec-only transfer set for "exec-before-transfer" behavior.

Suggestion: Either making the default behavior be to execute the command from the directory the files are transfered to or provide an option/check-box to change it.
