Very difficult to troubleshoot test email sending errors

If administrator email address is not set, it will be impossible to troubleshoot test email sending errors because ALL users will think that the above-specified "Username" is what is being used for sending emails.

      Proposed solutions:
      1) add a label saying "NOTE: the current admin email address is used as Sender address"
      2) prevent sending a test email if default current admin email address (nobody@nowhere) is active

      See screenshot.

          Not a bug.

This is obviously wrong: Configuration of SMTP authentication is optional, so that could not reasonably specify the (mandatory) sending email address.
