It would be useful to have more configuration selectors (similarly to "Successful", "Failed" etc.) when reloading a matrix so as to better deal with combination filters and problems.

Suggestions:

1. Aborted (to reload problematic configurations)
2. Not run (for configurations with a grey ball, such as those excluded by the combination filter)
3. Run (complement of 2)
4. Run in this build (i.e. actually run as part of the build that we are reloading, excluding what was run as part of other builds - very useful with combination filters and certain types of issues)
