RFE - Add support for viewing statistics per folder

      It would be nice to get the global build statistic results per folder and then one major one for all of Jenkins.

          It looks like there were some code changes: https://github.com/jenkinsci/global-build-stats-plugin/commit/60d83f56620a0b372d12f664970ef84ea18668ab to provide better support for folders.
