Inheritance Project cannot reference another inheritance project which lies in a folder

      When creating a new inheritance project which is then configured to inherit the configuration of another project living within a folder, I see:

      WARNING: Found unresolvable reference to: XXX

      It seems that any configuration from those inherited projects living in a folder is not read any-more
