TAP attachments files are not attached into Testlink

      JenkinsTestLinkPLugin: org.jenkins-ci.plugins:testlink:3.10

      The test link plugin doesn't attach the attachment files described as in TAP result file.

      I've attached some screen shots that describe the problem.
