Site Monitor Plugin changes

    • Windows Machine. Jenkins is running as a windows Service.

      I am planning to extend site monitoring plugin to show machine/server name details in the site monitor report. The main motive of the change is that i have my application code that is deployed in multiple servers and my load balancer handles the request .So we need to make sure that the health monitoring is done on which particular server ,this server name will be shown in a new td column (Server name).
