Environment:jenkins which have installed credentials plugin and git plugin
when user create a job and config the job's git plugin, he can only add a global credentials which will be visible to other user(useing http, not ssh). This may cause security problems. For example, if another user create a job, he can use other's credential of git plugin to access git repository.
