use weather icon instead of orb for builds health status on statusbar

      The current usage of orb colors

      • red: latest build not a success
      • yellow: at least one build is not a success
      • blue: all buidls are successful
        is confusing to quite a number of users.

      It's better to display weather icon to summarise the health of the latest N builds.
