When upgrading the Jenkins server to version 1.577 and upgrading the TeamConcert Plugin to 1.1.8 a build request won't run anymore triggered from RTC
The build failes instead with a credential error message "Invalid password/token for user".
After the build failed it isn't possible to test the connection to the Jenkins server in the build engine succesfully.
After downgrading the server to 1.575 it's working again.
As RTC Build System Toolkit 4.0.6 was used.
Please fix this as soon as possible.

added a comment - I am resolving this as invalid because its not a plugin problem. The referenced work item is being updated with the ongoing investigation.

This isn't actually a problem with the Team Concert plugin. The problem reported is with RTC starting a Jenkins job (which may or may not be configured to use the RTC SCM (i.e. using the Team Concert plugin)).
It is being tracked in a workitem against RTC's integration RTC Hudson/Jenkins server-side integration doesn't work with Jenkins Version higher then 1.575
