Promoted builds plugin fails to execute automatic (end of build) promotions

      A build which is configured to automatically kick off promotion when it completes simply says "promotion not queued" and never queues. Problem disappears on reboot. The following error is seens in the Jenkins log-

      INFO: Could not find SauceOnDemandBuildWrapper on project hudson.model.FreeStyleProject@3295d4f3[chef-repo]
