Net connect exception when downloading files from TFS

    • Environment:
      Jenkins master (which is also the slave) is running on windows 7 64 bit machine. Jenkins version is 1.578 and tfs plugin version is 3.1.1. Java version is 1.7.0_67. Version of visual studio is VS Ultimate 2010. TFS version is 2012

      When trying to connect to TFS and download contents from a folder, all the files are getting downloaded but the process is throwing a connection timed out exception
