Add the feature to re-run (resume) failed builds in a MultiJob Project

      I know that feature from Atlassian Bamboo. It is extremly helpful in environments with big multi job projects, that run for several hours.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Button in MultiJob Detail View to re-run (resume) failed steps
      • re-run (resume) failed steps means that all failed or unstable builds should be started again with the same parameter as the initial build.
