Add support of parameters for Jobs when running same node

      When selecting "Run this job on the same node where another job has last ran" would be nice to pass in a parameter like ${UPSTREAM_JOB_NAME} for "Run on same node as". Currently get:

      [NODE STALKER] The job ${UPSTREAM_JOB_NAME} does not exist! Please check your configuration!
