At the moment, user has to delete a feed URL and the name entry in order to
delete a feed. It also leaves an empty line on the feed list, where the next
line might have an entry.

The rows on the feed table need a delete icon that removes an entry on the row,
and automatically shifts the non-empty rows upward.
