[JENKINS-24770] Jenkins Stuck While Parsing POM's

The build stops right there and does not go anywhere from there. In the Global Configuration, I have
Global MAVEN_OPTS: -Xmx512m
-XX:MaxPermSize=1024m

Jenkins Version is 1.512

Its obstructing our everyday process. Could someone please help

Try updating Jenkins to a more recent version: 1.565.x (LTS) or 1.575 or higher (regular weekly release).

Provide a thread dump at the time Jenkins is stuck.
