Make MansionSlave not be an EphemeralNode

      I would like to be able to use Mansion slaves from cloudbees-long-running-build and Workflow sh steps. This is blocked by the fact that MansionSlave implements EphemeralNode.

      I tried to make it not ephemeral but then I got serialization issues, attached.
