Disable gnome-keyring by default

      Currently, a user need to specify the system property on every master (and slave?)

      java -Dsvnkit.library.gnome-keyring.enabled=false -jar jenkins.war

      An explicit patch in the plugin would be useful (with an option to enable gnome-keyring on own risk)
