Display user name with each build

      In our environment, we would like to keep track of who executed which builds in
      Hudson. So, it would be a nice feature to display the username of the person
      who executed a build manually in the build history. Obviously, if a build is
      executed automatically via the schedule or from polling a SCM, then there is no
      user associated with the build.
