publish over SSH not transfer any file but create directory

      the latest Jenkins version, bit bucket, amazon AWS, UBUNTU

      it has been accord after updating the jenkins and creating a new job,
      the plugin creating the destination folder but not transfer the file from the CI server to the destination server
