Right now, you can tell it to shut down clean. I would like the option to tell it to force shutdown after a timeout if if can't do the clean shutdown, or the clean shutdown doesn't ever finish (such as if tools are not working right).

Would also be nice to have this as a one-shot option: "Cold Cycle VM" that would in order:

Try to clean shut down vm w/ timeout
Try to hard shut down vm
Configurable delay
Try to power on vm w/ timeout
