Workflow step to wait for approval

      Similar input step as the human version but this time wait for a review to be set on some Gerrit label for a change/the change that triggered the flow.

      For example wait here until "Code Review +2" or any other arbitrary label.

          JENKINS-26102 and JENKINS-26103 sound nice, but actually just enabling support for triggering the workflows by gerrit would give a value. Additional DSL operations could be added later on.

          What would be a complexity of just enabling gerrit trigger for workflows? Anyway I think this just should be a separate jira issue, and it should be linked on COMPATIBILITY page instead of above ones.
