Mesos 0.21.0 allows for providing additional parameters to the `docker run` command. This vagueness allows for any parameters to be referenced, but this functionality may disappear if they transition away from the Docker CLI. I still think this needs to be supported when the plugin moves to 0.21.0. It can be removed later as this plugin is highly dependent on changes in Mesos.
