Update project info to support eclipse 4.x

      In the .project file there are references to the m2e plugin, which has
      gotten a different package name in eclipse 4.x.

      Have attached a patch for the new eclipse .project file which also updates
      the 'generated' m2e files. (.classpath and .settings/*)
