Unable to create the label in TFS using Jenkins.

      Hi,

      I am using Jenkins for CI and stopped using TFS for build. My issue is, I am unable to create the Label in TFS when we build the project from Jenkins.
      Do we have any option top fix this.

          In other words, if you upgrade to version 3.2.0, are you still able to reproduce this issue?
