Workflow plugin support

      It would be nice to have this integrated nicely into Workflow - we need Xvfb for our test suite to run.

          Yes it would, with the JENKINS-24673 this should be possible as support for build wrappers (such as XVNC and Xvfb) is in core. I would like to investigate the backward compatibility as the work in JENKINS-24673 requires Jenkins 1.599.
