View Credentials permission does not allow selecting slave credentials

      We use the Role-based permissions plug-in. When providing the "View Credentials" permission to a user, both globally and via slave role, the user can still not select a credential in the slave configuration dialog.

          You are not allowed to see the credentials unless you have Configure permission on the Item / Slave.

          It remains a semi-open question as to whether there is a subset of lesser permissions (e.g. ExtendedRead + View) that would let a user see the credentials in the drop-down
