Build plan needs re-saving after second JIRA site is added

      We have one site and the plugin works. IDs in the SVN commit comments are replaced by a link to the JIRA issue.

      As soon as I add a second site, none of the sites is working anymore, so the already working links get removed again.

          This is because the configuration changes so that after adding a second instance, the user currently needs to re-save the build plan configuration because there are two JIRA sites to pick from - to link build plan and JIRA site.
          It might be a good idea to default to the first JIRA site in this case.

          In such cases you can now use folder-level configuration that was released in 3.1.0.
