Regressions in 1.12 and 1.13

      During my quick testing of 1.13 I've experienced the following regressions since 1.11:

      • When a build is selected, the "Performance Report" icon doesn't have a label in the navigation menu
      • The URI column is blank in the per build performance report table (Performance Breakdown by URI table) - I think this issue is also present in 1.12
      • The Performance Breakdown by URI chart does not load
