Provide option to automatically poll sparse checkout paths only

      When using "Sparse checkout paths" today, one needs to setup the same paths in "Polling ignores commits in certain paths" to skip irrelevant commits. It would be nice, if the plugin could provide an option to automatically ignore all paths but the configured sparse checkout paths.
