It would be nice to be able to generate the 'screenshot' image using a scripting language (not at build time, but to actually have a link in the list-view which points to a scripting language file).
This way one could display custom data about the current job status, via the image, in the list views.
It would also be nice if the link on the thumbnail image could point to an external url instead of a bigger image.
