[Plugins delete] - Logic expressions may fail if somebody deletes a job-restriction-provider plugin with restrictions

      If the plugin is being loaded incorrectly, several JobRestrictions may become null.
      Their handling may lead to NPE and executor death on 1.509.4

      The issue does not affect the common behavior
