We need to upload the contents of a folder recursively to a bucket (publishing help content). It works fine if being run from a Linux server, but the docs builds that are done on Windows Servers are uploaded into a flat file structure instead and the filenames are changed to "foldername1\foldername2\filename" instead of actually creating the folders and copying the filename into it.

I can confirm that this issue also occurs when uploading from Windows Server 2012.

Also, this seems like a duplication of https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-16025
There is a waiting pull request for a potential fix at https://github.com/jenkinsci/s3-plugin/pull/55, as indicated in the other issue.
