Artifactory global configuration panel not showing up.

      I forked the artifactory jenkins plugin. As I spin up a jenkins instance locally, the plugin works fine and hows up all panels.

      As soon as I create the hpi package of the plugin "Artifactory configuration" does not show up in the manage jenkins - configure system option. Any reason why ?
