BSIM Test Cases in CDB are failing as Groovy-All bundle is not deployed while preparing the Test. So, the Groovy scripts are not able to register and all the test cases are skipped. This issue is intermittently seen on CDB server.

Please find below the link to console output for CDB run on three consecutive times. In two of these, the issue is seen.
