Configure system in jenkins not working

      I have installed the latest version of Jenkins in ubantu but when i am configuring the system it gives the error
      I have attached the snapshot of the error can you please help me in resolving this issue,Thanks in advance

          Unrelated to Configuration Slicing Plugin. The full error message cannot be read. No information about installed plugins and versions. This issue report is completely useless, therefore resolving as Incomplete.
