CloudFormation Plugin should use password fields for secret information

      The CloudFormation Plugin should use a password field when entering the AWS Secret Key to prevent users from accessing this information that may not need to know the key.

          I can submit a PR for this change. This change does not encrypt the values in config.xml, only masks the values in the UI.
