gerrit-trigger used cpu 100%

      jenkins java proccess used cpu 100%(cpuinfo.png), so i run "ps mp 21008 -o THREAD,tid" show threads(ps-mp-threads.png), i found two threads cpu used highest(jstack-tow-thread.png). It looks deadlocks. ~ and the gerrit trigger can't connect the gerrit server.

      I can only be resolved by restarted jenkins.
