Right now the perforce plugin allows a user to manually "Label a Build". It
would nice if within the project configuration there was an option to "Label a
Build" when the build is successful. That way the builds can be automatically
labeled rather than relying on the user manually labeling the build.

I think the cvs_tag plugin provides this type functionality for CVS.
