Connect to AWS Using Configured Proxy Settings

      When trying to run this plugin behind a proxy, it will fail, because it won't be able to connect to AWS. Jenkins (and Hudson) already have settings that allow them to connect using a proxy to download plugin updates, etc. I would like this plugin to automatically use those settings to connect to AWS, if they are configured.

          I have attached a patch containing the code that I wrote to get the plugin to use the proxy, hoping that it will be integrated into the source code for future releases..

          This is a duplicate of JENKINS-28088. They were just listed under different components (though it appears that the component just has two entries in the components list.)
