Replace RPC with REST api

      JIRA 6 deprecated SOAP/RPC, and JIRA 7 is removing it completely. Would be best to move away from RPC asap, so we're not caught unawares.

          All the on demand instances will stop supporting soap on July 6th of 2015. Here's an email I got from atlassian today:

          "The JIRA SOAP API will be removed during the next Atlassian Cloud maintenance period on 6 July 2015. At this time, requests to the JIRA SOAP API will not execute. We have worked with several developers who maintain integrations for JIRA that consume the SOAP API; however, we may not have covered every instance. "

          Today, after the regular Atlassian's maintenance window, SOAP endpoint stopped working for Cloud JIRA in all the projects Atlassian domains I have.
