The delivery pipeline plugin has the functionality to detect downstream jobs which are configured as promotions using the "Trigger parameterised build on other projects" action, but not the "Trigger/call builds on other projects".

Is this something that could be added?

I prefer the "Trigger/call builds on other projects" job as I can block the trigger until it completes and mark failure/success.
