LInk to polling log for builds started by upstream doesn't work

      I'm not sure if it should be the Jenkins Core, but I couldn't see any plugins which related to this.

      The issue is that for builds which are started by upstream project the link "Started by an SCM change" points to a non-existant location (http://build/pollingLog), where build is the name of our server.

      See the build.png, the link circled in red.

          Weird, I thought I'd fixed this forever ago in https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/1250 – probably something wrong with the fix that was applied shortly after because that change broke Jenkins.
