The current version supports a SCM URL, a static URL that is added to every changeset added to Rally.

With interpolation, the plugin could add more targeted links to the changesets in Rally. For example, if the user specifies https://github.com/username/repository/commits/${revision} then a interpolated URL could be linked in every changeset.
