Currently we support a couple of basic reporting mechanisms from within the
Jabber plugin, !queue, and !status mainly.

I'm proposing another command: testresult (t)

Effectively this command would report the test failures and successes in the
following manner:

rtyler> !testresult my-job
hudson> Test results for build #1234 of: my-job
143 tests passed. 2 tests failed

• unit.some.module.Test1 failed in 3s
• unit.some.module.Test2 failed in 15s
  rtyler> Thanks hudson, you're the best!
  rtyler> !botsnack
  hudson> rtyler: thanks a lot! nom nom nom
