Edit View text is wrong (german language)

      This is similar to Issue 2804 i guess.if your on the view/project/configure page
      (Edit View) the following text in english: "Use a regular expression to include
      jobs into the view" is view like this in german (when using german language with
      the browser): "Regul?ren Ausdruck verwenden, um Jobs f?r diese Ansicht
      auszuw?hlen." It should be like this: "Regulären Ausdruck verwenden, um Jobs für
      diese Ansicht auszuwählen."
