I am playing with the Claims plugin:

      http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/NB-Core-Build/1990/

Sometimes I would like to claim a build but not automatically be listed as
having claimed the next build if that fails too.

The test failure in the build above looks like a routine random failure.
(Unfortunately we have not managed to avoid occasional failures in this test,
but a repeated failure may indicate an actual regression.) The next build of
this job might well fail, but if it does, it is unlikely that it will be the
same failure or otherwise causally related to this failure.

I claimed the build just because I looked at the failure and determined it to be
"likely nobody's fault". If the next build fails, I want it to be initially
marked unclaimed so that people will look at it - the next failure might be a
real problem that someone else needs to handle.

Perhaps rather than "Claim this build", there could be two links?

Claim this build and subsequent failures
      Claim just this build

Or a checkbox after you claim it? Not sure about UI.
