It would be useful to be given the option to add a brief note when claiming a
failed build:

"my regr, fixing..."
"filed P1 bug #1234"
"looks random to me"
"transient network failure"
etc.

There is already a "Description" field in

http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/claims/

which seems to be populated from the build description. That is fine, but the
add description link for a build is at the opposite end of the page, meaning I
need to scroll back up if the changelog is long as in

http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/NB-Core-Build/1990/

and it is not at all obvious that the build description will be associated
elsewhere in the UI with the claim.

I would suggest that if you claim a build, a popup overlay appear with a
text field for you to enter a brief note and hit Enter. This would just populate
the build description.
